When you send us an inquiry

Our inquiry form is for parents and guardians. When you send it, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number (if you give it), the party date, the type of event, your message and the package you picked.

Please don't include your child's full name, photos or other personal details — ages and a theme are all we need to plan.

How you found us

Along with your inquiry we receive how you first arrived on our site during that visit: campaign tags on the link you followed (such as utm_source), a click code that Google adds when you click one of its ads or that Meta adds when you follow a link from Facebook or Instagram (gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid), the first page you landed on, the website that sent you (just its address, such as google.com), when you first arrived, and your Google Analytics browser ID. Your browser holds this during the visit; it is sent only if you submit the form.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, plan your party, and learn which pages and ads bring families to us.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and emailed to us (sent through Resend). This website is hosted by Vercel.

Each new inquiry is also posted to a private Telegram chat we use for new-inquiry alerts. That message includes your name, email, phone number, party date, event type, package, the start of your message and how you found us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages help parents. We also measure clicks on our call, text and WhatsApp buttons, and whether the inquiry form was started and sent. Our own measurements carry no name, email, phone number or message. Before any analytics tool loads, and each time you move to another page, we trim the page address down to campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content, with short, plain values — never one with an “@” or a long run of digits) and Google ad-click codes, and we drop anything after a “#” other than our own section links. The address of the page that sent you is kept only if it is one of our pages, trimmed the same way; any other address on our site is cut to our home address, and another website to just its address (such as google.com). Google signals (Google's cross-device and demographic reports) are switched off.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

Pages for children

The printable party ideas page and the party magic picture chooser load no analytics or advertising tools, record nothing about the visit and have nothing to fill in.

Deleting your request removes it from our records, but we can't recall the copies already sent to us by email and Telegram.
