Everything you need to know before you request your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Weekends — especially Saturdays — fill up very quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred date and time.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties throughout South Florida. If you are outside these areas, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long are the performances?
Our packages are priced per hour. Most events run 1-2 hours, but we can customize the duration to fit your party schedule. Contact us to discuss the right length for your event.
Do you have insurance?
Yes — fully insured. We carry liability insurance so you can enjoy your celebration with complete peace of mind.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate reschedules based on availability.
How many children can you entertain?
We can accommodate groups of any size! Whether it is an intimate gathering of 10 or a large event with 100+ children, our entertainers are trained to engage every child in the room.
Can I request a specific character?
Absolutely! We love customizing events to match your theme. Contact us with your character request and we will do our best to match it. We have a wide roster of characters and themes available.
